Clients are supported in their therapeutic work by tending to their growth and learning outside of therapy. Many of my clients have appreciated being informed of these low cost offerings that support the healing journey.

Wise Heart provides the public the skills and practices of the 12 Relationship Competencies. If clients choose to learn these outside of therapy, you can focus more in session on building awareness of, and tending to the healing of, core internal/relationship patterns that arise when clients are trying to integrate these practices.
